Having known the couple for quite a few years I was very much looking forward to Jennie and Alan’s Healing Manor wedding. The love and laughter between the couple and their family and friends made for such a memorable day. The beautiful setting of Healing Manor Barn, the autumnal leaves and dreamy sun which kept piercing through the clouds made for such a perfect backdrop to their photographs.
After the couple had finished their wedding breakfast I took them out for their couple portraits and we just managed to miss the rain which set in for the rest of the evening (Dark sky is an amazing app and it warned me that rain was on the way- definitely a must have for any fellow photographers/ videographers).
Full of amazing moments, one in particular was when a guest walked up to the couple for a chat…during their first dance. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much in my life, although the guest was mortified when they realised haha. I also loved Jennie and Alan’s children’s stark contrast in character during the ceremony with Freddie all caught up with emotion in tears, and Robbie with his finger firmly up one nostril! LOVE their boys!
