Ashley and Chloe and their beautiful April Scrivelsby Walled Garden Spring wedding. After numerous postponements due to the word that shall not be mentioned Ashley and Chloe finally got their day. My first Scrivelsby Walled Garden wedding did not disappoint. Nestled in the grounds is the most breathtaking church. The light, the floor, the windows, the neutral stones will compliment any colour scheme you have. I’m not a huge church fan I have to say, but my jaw dropped when I entered St Benedicts Church. Theres none of the nasty red heat lights you often see in churches these days. Just pure, natural light beaming through the stunning windows.

After the ceremony the guests made their way over to the walled garden for a drinks reception. Even more fun to be had thanks to some epic garden games by Emma Lane Designs. Some surprise signing waiters thrown into the mix added to the party atmosphere. Although they were that credible as waiters that when they started singing it took a while for people to realise that it wasn’t a “last shift singalong”.
