Where do I begin with this epic couple and their wedding at The Barns East Yorkshire? From the moment I met Mike and Emily I knew they were the coolest of couples. I could tell they were very chilled from the very first email. We met up just before the pandemic hit and they are my only couple to book before Covid and keep their wedding date with all the original plans. Luckily, their wedding was six days after “freedom” day.
It was strange to start shooting weddings again without any restraints. Strange in a good way, it was AMAZING. People getting together, hugging, laughing and DANCING! Oh how I had missed the dancing. It was also my first time back at The Barns East Yorkshire in 2 years. It was so nice to see the gorgeous cottage for bridal prep and the couple to retreat to after their wedding. Such a lovely addition to the already perfect barn venue.
