What a beautiful Wootton hall wedding. Mel and Paul married in front of the country house in a scrumptious late spring wedding. Surrounded by their family and friends, the house provided the perfect back drop to their outdoor ceremony.
The sun shone for most of the day, which isn’t an issue at Wootton Hall as their gardens are so vast and mature. There is plenty of shade and lots to explore as you’ll see below. So the sun can be embraced at Wootton Hall which makes my photographer heart sing.
The Barn is such a stunning space for your reception and the light that creeps in later on in the day is something else. After the speeches I took Mel and Paul out for some couple portraits exploring the walled garden. Paul then took me and Mel for a ride in the golf buggy to get some portraits with the house in the background.
To finish the day off the couple lined the Italian garden with their guests and had a sparkler send off. Although, not at the very end of the evening as Mel and Paul’s guests were positively party animals. So we did this just after sunset whilst everyone could still stand up! It was such an amazing day and a great first wedding at this magical space. I can’t wait to be back in the Autumn to see how the gardens look in my favourite season!
