This Grimsby Commercial photoshoot was for JCS Fish who you might know as Big Fish Brand.
Their focus was to promote the use of their salmon on summer BBQs. Director, Louise Coulbeck, organised a BBQ to showcase how easy and tasty it is to add their salmon fillets to the menu.
Founder, Andrew Coulbeck, held a masterclass in filleting Salmon for the guests and didn’t waste a drop as the family’s beautiful Irish wolf hounds were ready and waiting for the scraps.
The salmon looked and smelt absolutely incredible. I’d definitely recommend Big Fish Brand for all your salmon needs. If you’re in the Grimsby area you can collect locally from their shop on Grimsby Docks or you can have them delivered to your door.
