Another Lincolnshire food photography campaign for JCS Fish. For this shoot Director Louise Coulbeck wanted to showcase how the salmon fishcakes can slot effortlessly into your meal planning.
Shot in a documentary style, I shoot Louise cooking very naturally in her beautiful home. Each recipe is shared on their website with the accompanying imagery to show the stages of the process for a quick and healthy lunch.
I also often shoot Louise picking herbs and tomatoes from her garden. However, Louise’s husband and Founder of JCS Fish, Andy, was the garden forager on this occasion. Its amazing what some hydrangea’s can add to the dining table, although I’m pretty sure Andy had a working lunch at his desk.
